Khidhar Beg Dilibeglu
(sometimes called “Ardkapan”)
Born
about 1880. Son of Mashadi Jahangir, to whom the small Qashqai claims of Quitlu
and Ardkapan have been entrusted for thirty years. One of the heads of the
‘amaleh of the Ilkhani: and now a prominent tax collector of Soulat-ud-Douleh,
though before 1911 he was for some years a dissident living under patronage of
Qawam-ul-Mulk IV.
