BAIĀT ―
One of the Kizilbash tribes. They came with Jenghiz
Khan, some settling in Asia Minor and osme in Persia. The majority of them live
in north Burujird and Khurramabad; some live in Fars and Khorasan, others
joined the Qajars.― (Schindler.)
