HASAN KHAN, MIRZA―
Karguzar (Foreign Office Agent) at Bujnurd, is a Turk,
native of Azarbaijan and about 40 years of age. Is also known as “Vienna” owing
to his having been for several years a Secretary in the Persian Ligation at
Vienna.
